It tonifies the Kidneys in a balanced way with herbs that tonify both Kidney-Yang and Kidney-Yin.

  • The first eight ingredients constitute the formula Ba Zhen Tang (ie Dang Gui Dong Quai Root, Shu Di Huang, Bai Shao, Chuan Xiong, Bai Zhu, Ren Shen, Fu Ling, Zhi Gan Cao, Dang Shen and Huang Qi) and strengthen the Qi tonifying effect.
  • Yi Mu Cao invigorates Blood;
  • Xiang Fu moves Qi;
  • He Shou Wu, Gou Qi Zi and Huang Jing nourish Blood and the Essence;
  • Tu Si Zi tonifies the Kidneys
  • Bai Zi Ren nourishes Heart-Blood.
